Project description
Representing an investment of $41 million, the Drummondville seniors’ and alternative housing facility will include 60 rooms for seniors with a loss of autonomy and 12 other rooms for adults with specific needs. This project provides for six air-conditioned units with twelve residents each. The goal of this achievement is to advance housing for residents by providing living conditions that align with the values and desires of seniors and adults with special needs.
The electrical work for this project consisted, among other things, of:
- Supply, install and connect an emergency generator;
- Supply, install and connect interior and exterior lighting systems;
- Supply, install and connect electrical distribution;
- Supply, install and connect heating and air conditioning systems;
- Supply, install and connect special systems (fire alarm, guard call, geolocation, access control, video surveillance, telecommunications).
