Project description

With several construction phases, this project, valued at more than $100 million, consists of building high-tech greenhouses for the annual production of fruits and vegetables.

Phase 1:

• Feeding system of the basin no. 1 with process water from the Resolu plant and road network.
• Site preparation, installation of the 3,000 support piles for the greenhouses, construction of basin no. 1, construction of the technical building and installation of support piles for the temporary nursery.

Phase 2:

• Piping system to transport low temperature hot water, extension of the water system to supply the greenhouse complex and installation of an interception and treatment unit for wastewater generated by the greenhouses.
• Construction of the greenhouses and interior fitting out of the technical building, with all the equipment.

Phase Three:

• Construction of the2nd production module.

Phase Four:

• Construction of the3rd production module.

Phase Five:

• Construction of the4th production module and the permanent nursery.
